Use of the software

The free version of Crawlune is provided at no charge for personal and commercial use. You may install it on any number of your own computers. You may not resell it or present it as your own product.

Crawling responsibly

You are responsible for the sites you crawl. Only crawl sites you own or have permission to audit, respect robots.txt and rate limits, and configure the crawl speed appropriately for the target server. Crawlune identifies itself with a clear user agent by default; if you change it, you take responsibility for doing so.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Findings are automated checks and may contain errors or omissions; verify before acting on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software or its findings.

Pro licences

Paid licences, including the annual and lifetime plans, refund window, device limits and what happens when a licence expires, will be governed by the terms presented at purchase when Pro launches.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
